Client Consultations

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early before your first treatment, so we can complete a confidential consultation form together, to make sure you have no health factors that would prevent treatment. I will explain the process and answer any questions about the treatment. At the end of your treatment, you will receive aftercare advice, and I will give you a glass water. I will encourage you to drink plenty of water after your treatment, as this really helps the body to flush out any toxins.

Cancellation Policy

 Please give 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend an appointment so that I may rebook the time to another client. I may enforce a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are running more than 10 minutes late then I may not be able to carry out the full treatment time, and you will be charged the full price.

I will only cancel appointments in circumstances beyond my control and will notify you as soon as possible so we can reschedule.

Privacy Policy

  Your information is used solely to provide the therapies you request and is stored securely. I am required under EU GDPR to retain basic personal data for 3 years, and medical/treatment records for 10 years for insurance purposes, after which they will be securely destroyed. You may request access to your data at any time.

Payment is accepted by cash or card. Thank you.
